By confirming a booking with Where Golf Meets, you agree to the following terms:

• Our services are strictly limited to golf coordination, golf booking assistance, transportation coordination, and on-course support.
•  Where Golf Meets acts solely as a service coordinator and facilitator for golf-related experiences.
• Additional expenses including green fees, caddie fees, cart fees, meals, beverages, transportation costs, and gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Availability of golf courses, companions, transportation services, and tee times is subject to confirmation.
• Clients are responsible for complying with all golf course rules, local regulations, and applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
• Where Golf Meets is not liable for personal loss, injury, damage, or disputes occurring during or after the service.
• Any arrangements made outside the booked golf service are solely the responsibility of the individuals involved.
• Golf course reservations arranged on behalf of clients remain subject to each golf club’s policies and availability.

We are committed to providing a professional booking experience.

•  Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tee time may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative and preparation costs.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled tee time are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Once the golf service has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

• Information collected during the booking process is used solely for service coordination and communication purposes.
• We do not sell or distribute personal information to unauthorized third parties.
• Booking details and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality.
• Payment information is processed through secure and trusted payment providers.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

All services provided by Where Golf Meets are strictly limited to golf-related coordination, booking assistance, transportation arrangements, and on-course support.

Any personal arrangements outside the booked golf experience are private matters between individuals and are not associated with or managed by our company.
