We provide golf-related coordination and concierge services for golfers visiting Thailand. Our services may include:

• Golf course reservations and booking assistance
• Golf companion coordination for on-course golfing activities

All services are strictly limited to golf-related activities and golf experiences.

Where Golf Meets provides golf coordination, golf companion coordination, transportation coordination, and golf tourism services only.

We do not provide, arrange, promote, or facilitate:

• Matchmaking services
• Adult entertainment services
• Personal companionship services unrelated to golf
• Any illegal activities under Thai law

All golf companions coordinated through our platform participate exclusively in golf-related activities on golf courses, golf facilities, golf events, or golf tourism experiences.

Clients agree that all bookings and services are intended solely for lawful golf-related purposes.

Any request outside the scope of golf-related activities may be declined at the sole discretion of the Company.

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Required payment or deposit has been received by the Company

• Written confirmation has been issued by our team

• Availability has been verified with the relevant golf course, golf companion, or service provider

The Company reserves the right to decline, modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings due to availability limitations, golf course restrictions, safety concerns, operational requirements, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event that a booking cannot be fulfilled, the Company will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative arrangement or provide a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified.

The Golf Companion Coordination Fee (e.g., 6,500 THB) covers golf-related coordination and on-course golfing activities only.

Unless otherwise stated, the following costs are not included and must be paid directly to the golf course, venue, or service provider:

• Green fee

• Caddie fee

• Golf cart fee

• Meals and beverages

• Caddie tips

• Personal expenses

• Additional services not specified in the booking confirmation

Payment Terms:

• A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the service date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods offered by the Company.

• All payments must be completed using approved payment channels provided by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for unpaid, incomplete, fraudulent, or disputed transactions.

By making a payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, and all applicable service policies.

Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service date, subject to availability.
Requests received less than 72 hours before the scheduled service date may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.

Cancellation
Cancellation requests will be reviewed in accordance with the Company’s Refund Policy.

Where applicable, refunds may be reduced by:

• Service preparation and administrative costs

• Golf course reservation fees

• Transportation reservation costs

• Compensation for reserved golf companion arrangements

• Other non-recoverable third-party expenses

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the specific circumstances of each booking.

A no-show occurs when a Client fails to attend the scheduled booking without prior notice.

In the event of a no-show:

• 100% of the booking fee will be charged

• No refund will be provided

• Rescheduling will not be permitted

• Any golf course, transportation, or third-party charges already incurred remain the responsibility of the Client

The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Client’s failure to attend a confirmed booking.

The Company’s responsibility is limited to golf-related coordination, booking assistance, transportation coordination (if applicable), and support during scheduled golf activities.

Our services are strictly limited to golf-related experiences.

Any activities, arrangements, meetings, communications, or interactions outside the confirmed golf booking are:

• Optional

• Independently arranged by the individuals involved

• Not organized, managed, supervised, or controlled by the Company

The Company assumes no responsibility for activities that occur outside the scope of the confirmed golf-related services.

Golf companions and caddies are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.

Where Golf Meets acts solely as a golf coordination and booking platform.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Personal conduct or behavior of independent service providers

• Personal agreements made between individuals

• Individual preferences, expectations, or compatibility

• Activities outside the scope of confirmed golf-related services

• Disputes arising from interactions that occur outside the Company’s services

The Company makes reasonable efforts to coordinate bookings and provide customer support but does not guarantee personal compatibility or specific outcomes.

All Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Suspend or terminate services immediately

• Remove a Client from a booking or activity

in cases involving inappropriate, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior.

The Company also reserves the right to terminate services if a Client requests activities that fall outside the scope of golf-related services.

No refunds shall be issued in such circumstances.

The Company acts solely as a golf coordination and booking platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Personal injury occurring during golf activities

• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by golf courses, transportation providers, weather conditions, or other third parties

• Actions or omissions of independent service providers

• Events beyond the Company’s reasonable control

Clients participate in golf-related activities at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate personal insurance coverage where necessary.

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to the Company for the relevant booking.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information, descriptions, photographs, schedules, and service details presented on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Exact availability of specific golf companions, golf courses, or transportation providers

• Individual preferences, expectations, or compatibility

• Uninterrupted availability of third-party services

• Changes made by golf courses, transportation providers, or other third-party partners

Information may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Transportation services are available upon request and are coordinated through trusted third-party transportation providers.

Vehicle Options:

• Private Sedan (1–3 Guests): 3,500 THB

• Private Van (Up to 6 Guests): 4,000 THB

Unless otherwise stated, transportation fees include:

• Driver service

• Fuel costs

• Expressway tolls

The Company acts solely as a coordinator of transportation arrangements and is not the direct transportation provider.

While we carefully select our transportation partners, we are not responsible for delays, route changes, traffic conditions, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We respect and protect your privacy.

Personal information, booking details, and contact information collected through our website or booking process are used solely for service delivery, customer support, payment processing, booking coordination, and legal compliance purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties except where necessary to provide the requested services or where required by applicable law.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Golf course closures

• Government regulations or restrictions

• Natural disasters

• Transportation disruptions

• Labor disputes

• Technical failures

• Other force majeure events

In such circumstances, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

By making a booking, submitting payment, using our website, or utilizing any services provided by the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable service policies published on this website.
