1. Company Information

This website is operated by BIRDIesta Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand.

We provide golf coordination, booking, and on-course hosting services for international clients.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include:
• Golf course reservations
• Golf host (on-course companion) coordination
• Transportation arrangements (if requested)
• Customer support and on-site assistance

All services are strictly limited to golf-related coordination and on-course support only.
We strictly provide professional golf coordination and on-course hosting services only. We do not offer any personal, dating, or adult-related services.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
• Required payment or deposit has been received
• Confirmation is issued by our team
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion for operational reasons.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified.
The Golf Host fee (e.g., 6,500 THB) covers on-course companionship only.
The following are not included and must be paid directly at the golf course:
• Green fee
• Caddie fee
• Golf cart
• Meals & beverages
• Caddie tips
Full payment terms:
• Deposit may be required to secure booking
• Remaining balance must be paid before service date

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed free of charge with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds (if applicable) may be subject to:
• Service preparation costs
• Compensation for reserved golf hosts or third-party bookings
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the booking (no-show) will result in:

• 100% charge of the booking fee
• No refund or rescheduling

7. Service Limitations

Our responsibility is limited to:
👉 Coordination and support during the golf round only
Any activities outside of golf (e.g., dining, social activities) are:
• Optional
• Independently arranged
• Not managed or controlled by the company

8. Independent Service Providers

Golf hosts and caddies are independent individuals, not employees of the company.
We act solely as a coordination and booking platform.
We are not responsible for:
• Personal behavior
• Personal agreements
• Individual preferences or compatibility

9. Personal Conduct

All clients are expected to behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to:
• Terminate services immediately
• Refuse service
in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Injuries during golf activities
• Delays caused by golf courses or third parties

Clients participate at their own risk.

11. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and profiles.
However, we do not guarantee:
• Exact appearance
• Personality compatibility
• Personal expectations

12. Transportation Services

Transportation services are available upon request and are provided by trusted third-party partners.
Vehicle Options:
• Private Sedan (1–3 guests): 3,500 THB
• Private Van (up to 6 guests): 4,000 THB
All transportation services include driver, fuel, and expressway tolls.
While we carefully select our transportation partners, we are not responsible for delays, route changes, or external conditions.

13. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.
All personal information and booking details are handled with strict confidentiality and used only for service purposes.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:
• Weather conditions
• Golf course closures
• Government restrictions

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.

All services are strictly limited to golf coordination and on-course hosting only.
We do not provide personal, dating, or adult services.
