• Our services are strictly limited to golf coordination, on-course hosting, and concierge support.

• GolfWithBabes acts as a service coordinator and is not responsible for personal arrangements outside the golf session.

• All additional expenses (green fee, caddie fee, cart fee, meals, and tips) are to be paid directly at the golf course unless stated otherwise.

• Availability of golf hosts, caddies, and golf courses is subject to confirmation.

• Clients are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with golf course rules and local regulations.

• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior.

• GolfWithBabes is not liable for any personal loss, damage, or disputes occurring during or after the service.

• Any agreements beyond the golf session are made privately between individuals and are not the responsibility of the company.

• GolfWithBabes acts as a service coordinator. Golf course bookings, if arranged on behalf of clients, are subject to the policies and availability of each respective golf club.

At GolfWithBabes, we are committed to providing a smooth and professional booking experience.

All bookings are subject to the following refund policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tee time may be eligible for partial refund, subject to service preparation costs.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. medical conditions), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.

• Once the golf round has started, no refunds will be issued.

All refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
